WHAT IS THE NRL WHISTLEBLOWER HOTLINE?
The NRL Whistleblower Hotline is an independent and confidential service available to receive information about suspected Reportable Conduct.
WHAT CAN BE REPORTED?
Any Reportable Conduct such as:
- Player misconduct/behaviour
- Match fixing/gambling issues/insider information
- Anti-doping matters
- Recreational drug use
- Social media misuse
- Salary cap/third party payment suspicions
- Associations which may affect the image of the NRL (e.g. organised crime, Outlaw Motorcycle Gang links)
- Any other integrity related issues
WHY IS NRL INTRODUCING THIS SERVICE?
NRL Players and Club Officials are obligated to ensure compliance with the NRL Rules, including all Schedules and Guidelines to those Rules.

WHO IS STOPLINE?
The NRL has engaged Stopline to manage the receipt, recording and reporting of suspected Reportable Conduct.
Stopline is an Australian company which specialises in providing integrity/whistleblowing services. Stopline is an independent, confidential and impartial conduit for information that enables the disclosure of suspected Reportable Conduct. Stopline employees are experienced in receiving sensitive information.

DO I HAVE TO GIVE MY NAME?
Your disclosure, if you wish, can be made anonymously.
HOW WILL THE INFORMATION I PROVIDE BE PROTECTED?
All disclosures will be treated with a high level of confidentiality by Stopline and the NRL.
WHO IS THE NRL DISCLOSURE COORDINATOR?
The NRL Disclosure Coordinator is the General Manager, NRL Integrity and Compliance Unit.
WHEN SHOULD I CONTACT STOPLINE?
You should contact the Stopline when you suspect any Reportable Conduct by a Player or Club Official has occurred.
AT WHAT TIME CAN I CONTACT STOPLINE?
Between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday AEST on 1300 30 45 50 (in Australia) or +61 3 9811 3275 (overseas – reverse charges). Any messages will be responded to within one business day.
